NSO Genesis Controller
The wireless NSO Sega Genesis pad (3-button) works in RetroArch on Mac. The Vault writes the right driver and button map automatically at launch.

Unlike the Nintendo pads (which use Select), the Genesis pad's hotkey modifier is Mode. Hold Mode for save states, slot changes, and quit — the exact button combos are shown in The Vault's in-app hotkey configuration for this pad.
How it connects
Connect over Bluetooth (never USB — macOS doesn't surface its input over USB). The Genesis pad isn't readable through RetroArch's mfi driver, so The Vault uses the hid driver instead and writes the correct profile before launch — you never touch RetroArch's input menus.
